1. I purchased my files but can’t find the download link.

After checkout, you should see a download button on the confirmation page. You’ll also receive an email with your download links (check Promotions/Spam if you don’t see it).

2. The files are in a ZIP folder and won’t open.

Some of our products come as a ZIP folder (a container for multiple files).

  • On a computer: double-click to open, or right-click → “Extract.”

  • On a phone/tablet: you may need a free app (like iZip or WinZip) to open ZIPs.
If you only have a phone, we recommend downloading on a computer first.

3. The file is too large for email.

Some products are big (slideshows, posters, etc.). If the file doesn’t download right away, try:

  • Checking your internet connection

  • Using the emailed link again on a different device/browser

  • If needed, email us and we’ll send a direct link.

4. I opened the file but it looks blank or distorted.

  • Make sure you’re opening PDFs in Adobe Reader or Preview, not inside your browser.

  • For PowerPoint/Google Slides files, download to your computer first, then open with the correct app.

5. Can I share these files with others at my school?

All products come with a classroom license for you/your program. Please don’t share files with other schools or post them online. If you’d like a school-wide license, just reach out.

6. Still stuck?

No worries! Send us an email with your order number and the name of the product, and we’ll help you quickly. Artclassdigest@gmail

Pro tip: If you download on a desktop/laptop, you’ll avoid 90% of issues that happen on phones.

7. Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience any issues with your purchase (such as trouble downloading or opening the files), please contact us at artclassdigest@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you receive your order.
